You can learn to be resilient

Resilience is a person’s capacity to adapt to changes and stressful events in life. People with good physical and mental resilience can better deal with stress and protect themselves from a burn-out. In addition, resilience ensures that we are more successful and happier. So, its importance cannot be underestimated.

You can learn to be resilient: people can strengthen their minds and improve their own resilience. Important aspects that help us with this are: self-control, being more conscious about your conscience, an optimistic attitude, and a strong focus.

Course contents

During this workshop we zoom in on these elements and other things, and you will find out what stress can do to you and primarily how to improve your resilience. Participants put their focus on different tips in an interactive way and reflect on themselves in light of those tips, inspiring them to take action.

Objective

'Working on resilience' is a practice-oriented workshop in which participants work directly and immediately on their resilience. Through exercises and a personal resilience workbook the participants learn more about resilience, reflect on themselves, and take immediate action.

Anyone who wants to beat stress and live a happier and more resilient life (so anyone really).
